The Hirschen is a well-known secret among locals. It's the best place in the area for fine dining in a relaxed, rural atmosphere. The quality of the food is outstanding, and even surpassed by the extensive wine cellar. All rooms in the hotel are wine-themed and there is even a self-service wine bar. The owners and all employees were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. There is a separate building for seminars.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here . Specially Nadine and Noah took care of us very well. They are still young however they provided us such a professional way and amazing service. We really feel impressed and absolutely we will come here again.

I just spent 10 days working near Erlinsbach on an implementation. The folks at the Hirschen were wonderful. I'm not mentioning names because they were all great, including the owners who, on a busy night, were working hard in the restaurant. The grounds are beautiful, and the ambiance is charming and unrushed. Our colleagues who were staying at other hotels had heard from our local team members and insisted we eat at the Hirschen for many breakfasts and dinners. The food quality and service were never a disappointment. Though the scales will groan when I get back, but I would do it again. As a frequent business traveler, I see a plethora of hotels. The Hirschen is one of my favorites that would do equally well for pleasure trips. I recommend it without hesitation.
