The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff was wonderful! and accomadating. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect and satisfied everyone in our group. The only thing I would suggest is that they post pictures of the rooms in the old part of the hotel so you can see where you are staying as well as all the accommodations that are included in your reservation pertaining to the room. The website is not very clear on all the amenities per room. I did reach out via email, and they responded professionally and promptly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was just off our path between Germany and Lake Como, making for the perfect stop along the way to split the trip. The accommodations were clean, updated and comfy. The food was quite good, if a bit pricey, on-par with expectations for price in Switzerland. The staff was friendly, spoke great English (bonus!), and attentive to individual requests. Our family fit perfectly into their offering of a double with two twin beds room. The lofted twins area was fun for the kids to bunk up away from parents. This hotel was overall a good value and pleasant stay.
