I had the honor of being part of the first evening service in the s Zäni restaurant - a real debut full of dedication and quality. The vegetarian 4-course menu was not only of the highest culinary standard, but also a sign of real passion. A big compliment to Samuel, who impressed with his creativity and precision as head chef, and to Carla, who, as service manager, shaped the evening with heart, overview and a great sense of atmosphere. You could feel in every detail how much effort, love and commitment went into this special evening. On February 25th, 2024 I was able to celebrate my 60th birthday in the z'10 restaurant in Breitenbach with over 100 guests. It was incredibly beautiful! The catering team made me really happy. Decorated, cooked and served with a lot of love. Commendable, lovely sensational staff! I would like to highlight Carla and Samuel, you couldn't have done it better! The aperitif was fantastic! Vitello tonnato, fried shrimps with Knoblquch chili vinaigrette, Gaspacho Andaluz, chili popcorn chicken on spicy tomato salsa, cherry tomato mozzarella pearls and fine tomato pineapple soup. The menu was of the best quality and prepared absolutely sensationally. Service and cuisine are provided by us and all guests; 20 Gault-Millau points. Congratulations to KITCHEN and SERVICE, IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE, SENSATIONAL PERFORMANCE or as Mary Poppins would say: SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIGETABLE!
