The room size was just adequate, there was no complementary water in the room. Drink options in the fridge were very expensive. Staff was excellent including the owners, very friendly and caring esp the lady at the restaurant. No option for ironing clothes, but again staff provided their staff room to iron shirts. They provided complete information about late check in to make sure it stays as a smooth experience. Feedback has been quite well taken with email confirmations which really makes me try the hotel once again to see how well they took my feedback into consideration.

We were lucky enough to get ESC tickets and booked, at the time, the largest room available for our family of 4. As is tradition, ESC fans had booked all the hotels in and around the host city, and then they cancel them a few days before after they can't get tickets. This meant we got extremely lucky and the wonderful people at Hotel Eremitage got us into the family room, which was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff are some of the loveliest people we've ever encountered, the hotel itself is pristine with a nice outdoor garden to have lunch in, a nice restaurant for breakfast. Other pros include: *Mere steps from a tram station *Attached to a Coop and steps from a Migros *Close to a beautiful hike that features caves, a castle, wall lizards, a pond, waterfall Cons: Eventually you have to leave and return to your own home, where you will spend an awful lot of time daydreaming about retiring to a small Swiss town and running your own hotel and restaurant.
