A nice restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was very tasty, especially the nut salad was excellent. You could choose between 3 different dressings and the portion was generous. They didn’t hesitate with the bacon and egg either! So you get something for the price. The meat was also of good quality. It is on the more expensive side, but the restaurant is generally a bit more upscale, which you can also see in the uniforms of the servive staff. The only thing I have to complain about was the waiting time for service. The starter came quickly, but we had to wait a long time between the other courses and especially when ordering coffee/desserts. Otherwise everything was very good.

Had lunch with a customer yesterday. Food very good, service too tense, you had the feeling that the staff was under stress. When the place is full it's practically impossible to have a discussion, it's very loud, it's a shame.

Food quality 5*, service quality 5*, ambience 5*. NOT INFORMING about energy surcharge in value of 5% from price of ordered food up to 999CHF - minus 14 stars. The information is apparently printed on the second page of their full menu booklet among all the "welcome speeches" and "restaurant history speeches" which guests typically do not really read. I did not see it printed on the short "daily menu cart", from which I was ordering my lunch yesterday and today. I do not like this kind of behaviour and visited the restaurant today for my last time.
