The Best Christmas Miracle!!! We loved the hotel and the service. The attendant was super helpful and attentive!! The village is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again!!

Best rooms. Large. With 🛋️ and refrigerator. No bath tub. Good customer service. Good cools in the restaurant. Hotel lies next to mountain for good mountain walks. Beautiful scenery. Close to city center. This all good. But...prices are a little bit on high side, especially when compared to similar high value hotels in other European countries. And especially when you rent room only for one person. Breakfast was ok but also nothing special.

We stayed here for several nights over June-July 2024 in a double comfort room. Breakfast and internet access was included. Our room was located in a newer annex building, with a lift/elevator. The room was a good size and comfortable, and less usually for much of Europe, included a mini fridge. The room was non-smoking. There were power points by the bed to charge your phone. Heating would be OK. Typically for the area there was no cooling (apart from a table fan). However, also typically, insulation was very good and the temperature was comfortable. The bathroom was not large, but quite functional. The shower recess was on the small side. The hot water was quick to arrive, strong and consistent. The service was friendly and consistently helpful. We did not encounter a staff member who did not speak at least some English, which made the stay very easy. The included breakfast was good. Location is handy, just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest supermarket (Coop), and the centre of town just a couple of minutes walk further. The wifi download and upload speeds were 48.4 Mbps and 54.0 Mbps respectively. The McAfee Security app rated the wifi as secure. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. It has a lovely outdoor area (when choosing where to sit bear in mind that smoking is permitted in outdoor areas of restaurants in Switzerland). Recommended.
