Didn't use the room, but ate in the restaurant. Attentive, very friendly service. Tasty food and ideal portion sizes. Very nice, bright and welcoming restaurant. Location perfect. Invites you to linger.

The beautiful Appenzellerhaus in the middle of Urnäsch was completely renovated last year. Tradition and modernity have been beautifully combined. Really liked the room. In the restaurant we enjoyed very good cuisine with friendly service. It also has its own butcher shop. We (70/67 years old) “mastered” the electronic check-in well. We can only recommend this house.

Hotel: Super cute! All newly redone! - loved it already after the checkin (Amazing self check-in machine). Room is cozy - all wooden with a comfy bed (all you need after a day hiking). Would recommend it 100%
