This place has not only delicious food and drinks to offer. The atmosphere of a traditional Swiss Restaurant combined with excellent Thai food and an unbeatable wine cave, where you can have a drink and also choose the wine for your dinner makes it a truly special place. A must visit!

Excellent Thai restaurant. Loved food especially fried rice with chicken and shrimps. Must visit if you are in Altstatten.

The place blends swiss kneipe "design", thai food and cellar with high end wines and another place with cigars. That may sound more exotic that one desires, but it works very nice. The food is excellent, not only my red curry with local Fall season fallow deer was heavenly. As to the wine and curry, I believe it's still better to choose a bottle and drink it with friends before spicy food fully attacks the taste buds than wash it out with a small beer. But nothing prevents one from moving in a cellar for a good bottle and/or cigar after the meal is finished and taste buds duly refreshed. The design, well judge photos yourself. Wooden octopus sculpture under the ceiling of the wine cellar interesting, skulls on bathrooms, well, swiss, maybe one can say. Anyway, I would say, must go for spicier food lovers.
