il fiore - Ristorante - Pizzeria - Hotel : Hauptstrasse 45, 9323 Steinach

We arrived late due to travelling, no one was at reception, but a lovely lady called Eva Arman came to our rescue. The evening we turned up The restaurant was extremely busy , the staff were working so so hard. Came back from a really nice walk down from the lake, a tad hungry. We got greeted by the restaurant owner , which was very nice , but an absolute fake. He doesn’t listen to his staff and he’s about money . I thanked everyone after we eventually got food as the restaurant was so over run , I nearly walked out , However Eva was amazing a real credit to this restaurant . The owner needs to really think about his staff more so …… Remember your only as good as your staff , I hope you have them extra money in there pay for that crazy evening. Room was fine , One last thing to the restaurant owner , don’t throw serviettes, at your customers, I didn’t appreciate it . If you’re spending a lot of money he will work you . Thankyou Eva you made my stay xxxx I give five stars to the staff , definitely not to the owner

Fantastic Italian Food

Unfortunately, I didn't try the pizza because the place is closed on Wednesdays . It would be useful to have information on Google Maps about opening hours. Maybe I'll drop by next time I'm on Lake Constance.
