I absolutely loved the atmosphere! It was surreal 🤍 but the service could have been much better. We went as a group of 17 friends and really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was a great place to hang out for hours. But the staff seemed overwhelmed and hesitant from the start, especially when they heard how many of us there were. But they helped us a lot to decide our orders as per our preference. The food however, was okay, not the freshest, but decent. Overall, nice vibe, excellent location, and decent food.

The staff is charming but untrained and overworked. I waited half an hour to place an orde, even though the restaurant was only half full. During this time, some guests left the place disappointed. To pay, I had to wait a quarter hour again, and then go to the counter myself. Another five minutes of troubleshooting with the POS system. Very expensive, although I have got used to Swiss prices.
