A local hidden gems ❤️ Very nice service and very fresh yummy food. Not a big choices but all are great! You can really enjoy the Swiss quality of meat and cheese here..and feel like home ☺️ Also their dessert is recommended! They also have outdoor seat and playground for the kids. They accept both cash and credit card.

I happened to pass here on a bike ride. The view is very beautiful here, the food is great and so is the service. I had a cordon bleu with salad and then a house-made panna cotta. Both were very tasty. :) A perfect spot to include on your bike or hiking tour. If you wish , you can also have breakfast here. - Please call in advance ;) Otherwise everything was great! PS: Easily accessible by car 🚗, but you still have to walk a few meters. ;)

A day trip happened to take us to this address. As a vegetarian, you are rarely surprised in an original way in mountain gastronomy. Here, however, we were able to enjoy a fine salad plate with sensationally good garlic and herb bread as well as delicious capuns. These in particular are definitely worth a detour to the Maiensäss restaurant. The drinks menu also impresses with a nice selection of local products and homemade desserts. If the Nestlé ice cream was made by local producers and some of the food was organic, I would easily give it 5 stars.
