The 1870 - Lodge Bar : Rte des Hôtels 36, 1884 Villars-sur-Ollon

Great place for a quick lunchtime snack. The club sandwich is delicious! The only downside was the relatively long wait for your food. But the servers are very friendly and the place is very welcoming!

Unfortunately it was not good service at all I waited more than 10 min no one even pass the menu I asked for it also no one asked me what I want .. I almost spent 25 min no one even asked when I left why ! Or even say sorry !! I am really shocked never been treated like that in any place in Switzerland! It was really very disrespectful!

We visited this place a year ago and we really liked the interior and food, we wanted to come back here again.. Returned but were disappointed with the changed menu. The menu is complex and unclear. The portions are incredibly small! The prices are not low. We dined with 5 teenage children (from 12 to 18 years old), the children did not get enough of their dishes, but they refused to order anything else. The wine list is good. Service is good. It might be good to drink here. But I don't recommend eating here.
