Beautiful view, good food, nice seating arrangements, tasty ice cream. Worth the boat ride. I have gone back three times now and will be back again. You might want to plan your hike and come with a backpack - it's a beautiful walk.

Situated in the village of Quinten which is only accessible by boat, this restaurant affords the visitor stunning views across the Walensee. There is the choice of sitting outside under a covered roof or indoors where the decor is elegant and understated. The staff were welcoming and attentive without any signs of being obtrusive. The food came promptly and was very tasty. Prices, as expected, due to its location, were a bit on thd steep side but this is not a place that one would visit on a regular basis. They have disabled toilets as well. Recommend if you are exploring the area.

Lovely spot by the water and the service came with a smile. We didn’t eat, but enjoyed a spritz while waiting for the boat.
