Passion laboratory of the chef. Innovative and locally sourced food and drinks, creatively presented. Kitchen team takes the time to come to the table to present the dishes. Very friendly waiter although at times not very knowledgeable on what is served. If you expect highest cuisine there will be some rough edges. Still well worth your time and money! A good reason to return to Vals.

Exceptional service! Incredibly creative cuisine done by chef Constantin! The team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Young, dynamic and kind staff in a stunning setting. The food speaks for itself, best we had in Switzerland and abroad! Bravo!

If you go to a restaurant with a 140chf menu you expect that the food is different from the standard, the service should be at a very level and the experience shouldn’t take 3h and get bored between the different dishes. It was very very expensive for what we ate and all the experience. I don’t recommend it!
