A family-owned, traditional Swiss cuisine from local, seasonal and good quality ingredients. Absolute Swiss classics on the menu. We had seasonal venison with fruits of the autumn: chestnuts, porcini, poached pear with forest berries, red cabbage and much more.

Very good choice. Typical high Swiss standard to everything. Game season so had the venison with stewed plums. Perfectly cooked still slightly red in middle and served on a pre heated plate Good wine choice clearly described on menu. Nice warm atmosphere to the room as well
