I was allowed to park my car even though the restaurant was closed. I asked and got a friendly yes.

This home has been operated by the family since 1833. The property appears as though it was used to house large work crews, with a mess galley and many place settings, but I’m not sure. Staff is very friendly and the property and rooms are clean. Andrea checked us in, was super friendly, and also visited with us in the morning. Rooms are small but well maintained. There was no air conditioning in the room. The property is located 5 feet off Hwy 8. Though this is not the interstate, it is quite busy. With open windows, traffic noise can be an issue. Evenings on the porch are lively with many local patrons enjoying tea, coffee and beer. We had a nice time there.

I stayed here for two days. the host is very welcoming. maximum hygiene and excellent service
