We were traveling for business and happened upon the Restaurant Kreuz in Waldkirch. The atmosphere is very inviting, and we received a very friendly welcome. They offer a variety of lunch menus. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can also choose from the à la carte menu. Absolutely fair value. A special eye-catcher – the colorful, freshly baked bread!

The ambience is modern, mixed with old wooden paneling. The staff is friendly. The menu doesn't have that much choice. The breaded chicken thighs were delicious. You can see the attention to detail. Here you can dine with fine cuisine. Unfortunately the salad wasn't good at all, it didn't have enough flavor and was bland in the mouth. I think there was also pumpkin seed oil, which isn't for everyone. The prices are rather expensive. We left 40 per person for 1 dish and 1 small bottle of water.
