                                                    We had a wonderful stay at La Tgoma. The breakfast room offers stunning views of the Alps, making mornings extra special. They’ve recently opened a restaurant serving high-quality Asian food, which was a delightful surprise. The rooms have just been renovated and are very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience!
                            
                            
                                                    I was Hiking in the region and looked for a not to expensive hotel. This hotel offers single rooms for 86.- CHF (time of writing) with breakfast included. They also have a nice wellness area with sauna and steam bath. The service is very good, forthcoming and friendly. The bed was big and is suited for big people like me. The only thing was a smell coming from the restroom/ shower area. I told the receptionist about it the next morning and she said she would escalate. They also have a restaurant next door with solid, down-to-earth Swiss food from the region. Wine lovers will enjoy the wide selection of bottles. It's a spot where locals go as well. They also have outside seating. Please note that the hotel is on one side of the street, and the restaurant is on the other. The street is very busy during the day - and therefore noisy. However, isolation of windows is very good and I slept like an angel 😇😁 Take-away : - Great price / offer relatio ( 4 stars) - Big rooms for Big people - Sauna and steam bath for relaxing after a hike - They have a big restaurant which serves solid, down to earth Swiss food - Great for solo travelers
Horrible horrible experience with the main manager (she called herself the boss). Our child got his eye injured in the hotel facilities and as we tried to get information about whether there is a nearby pharmacy or a first-aid kit at the hotel, we were just laughed at and made fun at (by the same manager). In addition, the room price was suprisingly increased at the check-out, basing such decision on us being “not nice people, e.g. not saying hello loud enough”, which is not only absurd but also a lie. This is a strongly un-recommended place. Be aware of the ludicrous manager, letting her do whatever she likes, bullying customers based on whatever her mood is that day. Sincerely, such person should not be working in customer service anywhere, especially in a hotel. We left the hotel after her shouting insults at us. Shocked and shaken by this experience. If evidence is needed, it has been recorded.
