Simply UGLY. Summary: Preparing Dürüm with cleaning fingers and then, after being asked not to wash it, responding aggressively. I've been there a few times. Today I wanted to get another Dürüm. She was cleaning the refrigerator with cleaning products and rags and bare hands. I asked for a Dürüm. She took my Dürüm with her cleaning fingers and put it in the oven. I then asked her if she could please clean her fingers, as she was cleaning. At first, she asked a slightly aggressive question: "What am I supposed to do?" I politely asked her again to wash her fingers, as she had just been cleaning. Then came the brisk/aggressive answer: "No, I don't have to." I was speechless. I said it was ugly and I didn't want to, and I walked out. NEVER AGAIN. Because now I know how clean her fingers must already be when she's cutting the ingredients. Fresh from the bathroom or something. I can do without such ugly and forceful/aggressive treatment. Adios.

At the moment, it's not a restaurant, just a take away. But hey their Dürüm are the best in town. Plus the people there are very kind and friendly. Don't worry about the nose and the traffic around, go there and visit them and enjoy your meal.

simple, quick, proper & tasty. nice nostalgic swiss ambiance from the 70ties, combined with today's food, and a big garden outside during summer.
