This is certainly the address in Brigels for regional specialities and an excellent wine cellar. The Cuvée for the aperitif on the terrace with a view into the evening was exquisitely fruity. The bouillon with marrow was rich! The capuns were an experience but I was delighted and not disappointed. The crowd of local artisans and tourists gives the restaurant a relaxed atmosphere. The service is attentive and very friendly.

A beautiful place, very clean and tidy. The staff speaks fluent English, is very professional, and is friendly. A small minus for the lack of an English menu, but apparently there aren't enough foreign tourists here. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with lots of families with children. The food is delicious, the beer is top-notch, and the views are breathtaking 💪

Friendly welcome, lots of staff, varied selection of food, very good quality food, good value for money here. In such a traditional restaurant, I think it's a shame that the staff doesn't speak Swiss German. .
