Good things are location and decorations of the hotel. Bad things are the Internet connection in the room and the breakfast. All rooms on - 2 floor have bad Internet connection. In my room, there is even no WIFI at all. This is year 2020 in the Switzerland. Also, the mattress is bent and not comfortable to sleep. The room was not cleaned during the stay although I did not put no-disturb sign at the door. The breakfast has a limited variety. It's the first three-star hotel I visited which doesn't serve eggs for the breakfast. The following part is added after I read the owner's answer. To make it clear, it was ok to stay but it is not like other 3-star hotels I went before. There are much more things to issue but I did complain only the do-able issues. I should have documented everything, so that all my critics have alibi to convince you and other readers. Concerning the internet, I think you know who I am since you know the room category I stayed. We had discussed about that already. Be honest, in our conversation you also accepted that the signal in -2 floor is occasionally not so good and weather-dependent. This is not misunderstanding. Another staff also told me the same. I also tried it. Moreover, you did not initially admit that there is no internet at all in the economy room. You just admit here in this answer. Concerning the mattress, I don't want to complain everything I found. When it is ok to sleep, I will sleep despite uncomfortableness. Luckily, I have a photo to prove this. Concerning the egg, I did ask the waitress for it. She insisted that it is not available because the kitchen is close. I also did not see other guests eating eggs. Only the container for the peeled egg shell is available on every table. No egg is ok, but it is not like other 3-star I visited. Maybe, it is another standard I don't know since other options for breakfast (juice, coffee, ham, cheese, muesli, and breads) was all right. I apologize for this. Lastly, I just would like to have a relaxed and smooth holiday instead of unwanted argumentation. We had a very nice meal at the restaurant belonging to the hotel. All had pizza. they even have a very delicious vegan pizza with hummus. can really recommend it. make sure you reserve a table as it gets quite busy.
