Walserhuus Sertig : Sertigerstrasse 34, 7272 Davos Clavadel

I recently stayed at Walserhuus Sertig and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled deep in the serene Sertig Valley near Davos, the location is remote, peaceful, and ideal for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. The hotel itself is a beautiful wooden chalet-style building, blending perfectly into the alpine landscape. The room was cozy, well-decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable night’s stay. The balcony view was stunning, overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains — truly a postcard scene. One of the highlights was the restaurant on site. The food was delicious, and what made it extra special was the outdoor seating right by the river — the sound of the flowing water added to the calm and charm of the meal. Whether you’re stopping by during a hike, taking a carriage ride into the valley, or looking for a quiet overnight retreat, Walserhuus Sertig is absolutely worth a visit. A perfect mix of comfort, nature, and authentic alpine hospitality.

This restaurant is located in a picturesque place. The food was prepared with local and seasonal products and of yummy taste, while the staff was really friendly and attentive. There is a large outdoor seating area as well as a very nice indoor section. Nice selection of dishes and a beautiful wine selection.

Stayed two nights in the spa room which includes a sauna and a whirlpool on the terrace and it was an amazing two nights. I only thought that the beds were slightly uncomfortable and thought that the apero provided despite the price we paid was a little, underwhelming. Amazing scenery, 7KM walk to Davos and the establishment has restaurant with a great local menu. Would definitely recommend with the above considered and will be going back.
