Les Bains d'Ovronnaz : Rte des Bains 93, 1911 Ovronnaz

Had a lovely stay here. The views were stunning would recommend the natural pools with spa. The only downside was the long wait in the restaurant seemed like a skeleton staff. Also asked reception for a bigger house coat as the ones we had looked like childrens ones, the man on reception dismissed me straight away, was very rude. We asked one of the men from housekeeping where we were staying for a larger house coat he went and got one for me straight away, better customer service from housekeeping than reception. Apart from that the apartment was great and clean.

Had a great time at bains d’Ovronnaz, unfortunately a couple instances made the experience stressful. Despite there being no clear signs outdoors, I got yelled at by the security guard for taking a picture of my husband in front of the mountains. Furthermore, several of the amenities weren’t functional (lockers, hairdryers, feet cleaning stations).

An awesome stay in the mountains with access to a thermal bath, jacuzzi, and sauna. They also have a wonderful wellness center. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming hospitality of Mr. Kordi Neghad, the kind shopkeeper who made our stay even more comfortable. He generously offered me a 20% discount card for the wellness center, which encouraged me to try a relaxing facial massage. I will definitely visit again!
