What a delicious meal we had and at a level (1,300M) what a refined kitchen! Top. Also a lot of attention for the vegetarian kitchen and delicious wines. Hostess Ronny and Chef Johannes made it a special evening for us. Also a beautiful terrace where you can charge multiple e-bikes for free. Multiple charging points and cables for the e-bikes available from well-known brands. Super nice modern room with a spacious view of the Alps in a village where time really seems to have stood still. Many hiking and cycling routes. Siat is a special place and highly recommended if you really want to relax.

We stayed at the Ustria Steila for a few days in mid-June. The rooms are a dream: large, spacious, comfortable, and with a fabulous mountain view. Very clean. We felt very comfortable. When the weather's good, you can sit on the beautiful terrace with coffee and delicious cake or ice cream. The food is absolutely excellent; the chef knows exactly what he's doing. He even tells you where his meat comes from. It tastes very, very good. The service is friendly, courteous, and competent. We'll definitely be back. Everything is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful evening today. The surprise menu was a fantastic four-course meal with great attention to detail and high-quality, regional ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the main course of lamb – tender, aromatic, and simply superbly prepared. The wine selection on offer is also excellent and rounds off the experience wonderfully. A big thank you to the entire team – we'll be back!
