During our hike on the Via Capricorn, we stopped overnight at the Turrahus. The historic building and the adjacent farm exude their own charm. The host and staff are very friendly and efficient. You immediately feel welcome and are well looked after. The dinner was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms are very spartan, similar to what you'd expect from older SAC huts. The breakfast was also reminiscent of the food served in the huts. Considering the comparatively low price, it's still a great deal. We felt comfortable.
