Restaurant Imperial is a wonderful buffet restaurant. The place is spacious and very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including plenty of seafood. I really like this restaurant. Highly recommended!
We went on a weekday evening and it was amazing! There's a huge selection of things and their sushi is actually really good. All drinks are included and you can just take them yourself from a fridge. Dessert selection was also lovely. Staff was friendly. Love the concept. I hope this place does well :) 🧡 I think it could really improve with some marketing in the city center or on social media , because almost no one in Biel knows about this place!
After so many good ratings, my wife and I also wanted to try it, as it's directly in our neighborhood. And we are both more than satisfied. We weren't that hungry to begin with, and we started with a light Sushi. And man, they are outstanding. I'm usually not a fan, but the different flavors built into all the different sushis were just outstanding; I took two rounds of it. In the second round, we took some premade food, Yakitori chicken, pork belly, ramen eggs, whatever we took; everything was outstanding. I couldn't try all the yummy things, as the variety is enormous. Last round, before dessert, I took the wok and Teppanyaki , which was also delicious. I took the pepper sauce. But I liked the prepped food even more. Lastly, the dessert, I didn't think it could be topped, but it was some of the best I had too: Japanese cheesecake, creme Brulee, or Tiramisu. All of it comes at a quite expensive price for 55.- all you can eat, at least at first after trying. After the food, it's totally worth it, in my opinion. Even more so, all soft drinks plus one coffee . But given all of this, the price is super good, 55.- and you eat and drink as much as you want, plus it is all super delicious. I'd recommend everyone to try it. The only way to improve is to put better name tags on food; normally, I wouldn't have to know what it was without my wife; only 2/3 of the stuff, or less, was tagged. And the atmosphere and service could be better, but as you choose your food yourself and it's all you can eat, it's OK and doesn't take away from the excellent food.
