Hotel Maria : Via da Marias 19, 7514 Sils im Engadin/Segl

Very reasonable price for the area. Clean and spacious room with lovely amenities (love the soap and shampoo!). Vintage style furniture. Excellent location, accessible by bus from St Moritz station. Pretty good selection for breakfast with friendly service. All staff at restaurant and receptio are welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We didn’t stay here, and I regret it. The hotel where we are staying, located nearby, charges SFR 3 for half littler of tap water. Here, at Hotel Maria, the tap water is free, as it should be everywhere. I am just waiting to leave the place where we are staying to write a review about it. On the other hand, we found a wonderful welcome at Hotel Maria, when we asked if it was still possible to have lunch, as it was almost 14:00 hours. The reply came with a “Please. you are welcome!” The food was amazingly tasty, the waiter was very friendly and attentive, the wine (by the glass) was of top quality. Impeccable service and food! The dessert was also incredible. This is a gem of a place that should be visited if you are exploring this beautiful region!

This is my third time at this hotel and the food and service are excellent. My DeLuxe room is large and comfortable but a bit dark. I’m posting photos of views around the lake.
