Absolutely incredible meal in Martina Franca with this restaurant. Gorgeous view, lovely owners. The food was incredible - we had some starters including frisa with stracciatella and then some of the rags orechiette and a side of vegetables. Great local Puglian wines on offer too. Would throughly recommend.

Unfortunately we found I Templari only on the last evening of our holiday. Who says that Italians disdain i turisti who turn up at the restaurant door at 19:00 sensa prenotazione? We were welcomed very warmly even though they had clearly been very busy with a Mothers day function that afternoon. We had a memorable meal , great value, great service.

Delicious food. Local “grano arso” options. Stylish decoration. Beautiful view from the terrace. Sensible service. Prices a little on the high side . English language menu. Highly recommended.
