Hotel Maloja Kulm : Strada Cantonale 302, 7516 Maloja

Would not recommend this hotel, nor their spa, nor the restaurant. The hotel overall felt like it was unprepared to be serving guests. There was no television in the room when we had hoped to watch the football match. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were no extra pillows available. Worse yet, there was no phone in the room to contact reception. When we tried to bring these concerns up during checkout, no staff were present. The spa was underwhelming and not worth the 30 CHF price tag. The spa area was left messy with used towels when we arrived. When we brought this up with the hotel, we received no response. Dinner was equally disappointing. The pasta was overly creamy and left us feeling unwell. We also brought this up with the hotel and received no response. Overall, we left feeling extremely let down. The location and idea of the place are lovely, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I would not recommend the spa or dinner, and would suggest looking into other options unless there are some major improvements.

Wonderful experience!! The place is clean and cozy, the service is great, and the restaurant was amazing. The view is stunning! Parking is plentiful, and the free breakfast is also great. My father struggles to walk, and everyone could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend1
