Excellent cuisine, friendly and authentic staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Luca, the chef, is experienced in haute cuisine, while Lucrezia, the pastry chef, creates dishes that are seamlessly integrated. Traditional Val Bregaglia cuisine, also experienced in vegetarian and vegan cooking, will delight all the senses of the palate. The fact that their former colleagues from the Waldhaus in Sils Maria also indulged themselves in culinary delights with these two on their team outing speaks for itself! Again and again!
