We went seeing the ok reviews and fixed menu at a good price. We will definitely not return. It's okay to be cheap, however terrible service and poor quality food, served like in the 60s. Really a shame since the internal location is very nice. Final painful note: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH CARDS AND IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE. There was even a joke about this thing

I am one of those truthful reviews. Long hair in the food, mold in the showers, doors with holes and bathroom doors that don't close. In short, you go for trust in others. Yellow and dirty pillows, walls and floors that are super thin . Chandeliers detached from the ceiling, and in the room a classmate of mine found a closet full of pots and pans and a fridge that smelled like death. Honestly, I expected a different type of treatment. Ps. Showers broken and almost unusable like the sinks, soap that doesn't work and dirt on the curtains Ps. It seems quite ridiculous to me that you, who are the owner, don't even know what you have in the rooms of your cabin. In any case, I will immediately provide you with proof, you will see the new photos I added under the review that will demonstrate the truthfulness of what I wrote. You should be ashamed because you would have done better to keep quiet and improve yourself instead of responding badly because it's not even the first time, I saw the other reviews. Furthermore, we even found mouse feces on the beds of some of our companions, I understand that the place is old but in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, something like this is not acceptable, who knows in the kitchen.

Refuge with restaurant and rooms just outside the town of San Bernardino, on the road that leads to the pass. The rooms are very simple and spartan , but the wooden paneling is nice. Mountain refuge style bathrooms but with hot water. Large restaurant lounge, with wifi internet connection . We took a double room with half board, in mid-December. Spectacular dinner with soup, tomato pasta, scallops with potatoes and dessert . Gargantuan portions at Italian prices. Half board at 43 CHF per night: worth it all, and even more! Simple breakfast, with coffee, milk, bread and jam. Even the tea to put in the thermos was included in the price. Also ideal for large groups, mountaineering and ski mountaineering courses. I'll be back!
