Visited this place for lunch on a festive day . This place has a wonderful view of the mountains from the terrace and the inside is a nicely decorated log house/alp cabin. As it was a beautiful sunny day we wanted to have drink outside. Service staff was practically invisible and after waiting 30 minutes we had to get our drinks inside ourselves. Later we entered to ask for our reserved table. A waiter seemed irritated and discovered the reserved table was occupied, so he sent us to another available table. Some 25 minutes waiting to order, after being ignored, we had to aggressively stop a waiter and ask him to take our order. Fortunately our dishes arrived after “only” 30 minutes waiting time. Too bad that the slow and non existent service made our visit a less than happy visit. This restaurant honestly needs more staff to serve clients on a festive day and Sundays. (Other guests mentioned to us this situation happens every Sunday and the restaurant offers only excuses…
