We enjoyed the restaurant at lunch time. A welcome break after a morning's skiing. The Cabane des Violettes is mountain hut, located at an altitude of 2,208 meters, in the Crans-Montana ski area with a lovely view of the Valley. Lunch time was busy and it is recommended to book as a few people were turned away as there was no space. We enjoyed a local smoked fish with lentil salad followed a 2 Rostis - one with bacon and egg, the other ham and goats cheese. Very delicious.
