The prices are still OK, but... Unfortunately, the overall quality has declined since the change. Few local products (see photo "Saaser cheese platter"), a limited selection, and most items are limited to advance booking, which unfortunately isn't obvious. The opening hours (Thurs-Sun, 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.) are far from hospitable and holiday-friendly. A quick bite to eat or another Aperol at 6:30 p.m.... no way! It's questionable how long this will remain economically viable. The ambiance, however, is absolutely worth seeing and, despite everything, invites you to linger.

Very, very nice landlady. The food really surprised me. Great restaurant, nice atmosphere, food was delicious and a large portion.

Cool, the little train station is open again! While the red RhB trains whizz by, you can once again enjoy the excellent Blanc de Noir here. There's also an exciting new platter, No. 42: Ibiza Greetings Saas or Toro's Green Deal. Highly recommended, the staff is absolutely top-notch. If you're in Saas, then come here! ;-))
