The food was amazing. The Cordon blue wasn’t amazing for me but I’m sure most people would love it (including my friend). The staff is very nice. I would definitely come again. 😁

We had a delicious dinner, the wine selection was great and we had a very nice bottle of wine. Our two boys are 4 and 7 yo and enjoyed their food. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The service needs to be improved. We waited very long for our main course, the wine was brought late and the bottle put aside so our glasses were often empty. Finally we asked to leave the bottle on the table. The ice cream we ordered for the boys before we got our main course (the idea was they have it when we have our main course) was brought 20min (despite me asking a few times) after we enjoyed our main course so our 4yo fell asleep. We still got charged for the ice cream. I think it was a bad deal for the service as we would have tipped much more if the ice cream which wasn’t eaten wasn’t put on the bill. Though we very much enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, I doubt we come back unless the service improves.

Lunchtime while everyone is skiing it's a cosy bar restaurant nook feel - quiet and discrete with hotel guests quietly dining without any time limit. Holiday luxury. ...with a surprisingly varied and delicious tiny menu. I recommend trying the Reisling soup (imagine a milder non cheesy version of french onion soup with a dash of cream), the middle eastern platter (called "Asian" for quirky reason ), Flammkuchen is very good according to the experts I dined with and the Portuguese rose is very week structured and a Pomegranate red - suprisingly for a Vino Verde wine, and the Swiss Pinot, once aired, finally the entree salad can be a Meal on its own. Cosy alpine wood ambience with glimpses of the surrounding chkaets and right in the centre of town. Can be super busy at apres ski or for pre dinner drinks....
