What an amazing experience. Me and my girlfriend had a really good lunch. We were served by the manager (Marcel) who was taking very careful of every details, we let us recommend by him with the wine and he had a perfect choice of them. To eat we try the recommendation of the chef, that was the season wild meat, it was perfectly cooked. Totally recommend this place!

My wife and I had a great experience at Süsswinkel Brasserie. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The food was incredible, especially the Beef Tartar ( Rindstatar). The best I ever had. I highly recommend this place. If you are in Chur, the Süsswinkel is the place to go.
