Based on the recommendations and good reviews, we decided to visit your restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the positive reviews. From the start we felt unwelcome and treated more like outsiders. We were only greeted if we sought conversation ourselves. There were five of us and we would have liked to order a cold plate, but due to the atmosphere we decided not to. On-site self-service was very limited and prices were high. This is unfortunate, as we usually experience special hospitality and friendly service in Alpbeizen. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend your restaurant and will avoid it in the future. Luckily there are better alternatives in the area. The best thing about the whole thing is the beautiful view. Best regards,
