Restaurant at the bottom of the ski lift in Deini. Great place to stop for an apre-ski drink before hopping on the train back to Andermatt. The only downside is they only seem to accept cash which makes it difficult for travellers who don’t often carry Swiss francs? Fortunately we had enough coins to scrape together for one glass of glühwein between the two of us. I particularly like their wall art and beer Steen’s which have fun can can dancing and Montmartre motifs. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat here however looks like it would be quite delicious. Reservations are required according to the owner we spoke to.

The chicken was really good. Nevertheless, please make cars or at least Twint payment available, because only cash is annoying.

Cash Only restaurant. The soup was good. Plates are generous for the prices. No Tap water . The service is a bit slow if you expect to take only a little break. The terrasse has a nice view and full of sun. Better to arrive by ski, otherwise you need to walk up a bit from the train station.
