Great restaurant with fine food and good service
5 stern
We really need to get rid of a few things now. We live in Berikon and used to be regular guests at the Berimärt restaurant. Since Peter Weiss died and the new barber took over, everything has slowly gone down the drain. The quality has decreased in many things, just one example. A lot of things are bought from the co-op and are not of good quality. In addition, the boss didn't understand that the customer can explain himself if something doesn't fit. But there are always discussions that are carried out loudly so that everyone else can hear it, with the arguments they never do anything wrong, only the guest. You never see a smile or a few nice words, only for the guests who like her. Perhaps it should be explained here that most restaurants in a shopping center offer all-day dining. But in the evening you also have to get your bearings first, because there is now no food on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and there is never anything in the afternoon anyway. On days when the shopping center is open, it is always closed here. There has been no warm food since Easter, it has not been published on the website, Facebook or Google, other restaurant owners update such things so that the customer knows. A small A4 piece of paper on the door of the restaurant is no longer of any use because the customer did not have the opportunity to orientate himself. We live in the 21st century with digital connections that should also be used for guests. After work, around 5 p.m. and on Saturday afternoons, there is often a yawning emptiness where people used to meet. Sorry, you're not a restaurant owner and you both don't understand what a restaurateur is. There is a lack of organization, friendliness and acceptance of the guests here. That's why it's not surprising why your regular guests have spread out. The winter garden for non-smokers is somewhat positive, but if you don't open the side walls in warm temperatures, you might think it's closed. The question also arises as to whether this is all permitted by the fire police. When the Swedish stove is heated, all the smoke runs along the wall of the house and I don't think you could open a window there. We find this development very SHAME
