The food is good and inexpensive. The two of us ate our fill for under 100 Swiss francs. The ambiance is a bit cold and "stout," and the service was okay. The waitresses were friendly and polite, but in a grim way. It's not an experience, but if you enjoy Chinese food, this is definitely a restaurant worth a visit.
