We were here for the first time. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. We ate venison royal, it was a pleasure, the meat was tender and all the side dishes were freshly prepared. I can only recommend it.

Dear Freihof team Last Saturday we had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant in Wettingen. As soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by the boss and escorted to our reserved table. A start that immediately makes you feel welcome. The menu is always a real delight, the selection so tempting that you want to try everything. We chose the soup of the day, a pumpkin soup made from Muscat squash, which was a fantastic start to our dining experience. As a main course we enjoyed tender venison schnitzel “Mirza”, which was not only a visual highlight, but also completely convincing in terms of taste. The tender meat, the perfectly balanced vegetables and the lovingly prepared spaetzli harmonized perfectly with each other. We also chose a Swiss red wine, The Kloster Sion Pinot Noir, which rounded off the overall picture perfectly. At the end we treated ourselves to a Coupe Baileys, which was the crowning glory of an all-round successful evening. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Freihof restaurant. An absolute must for anyone who appreciates excellent food in a welcoming atmosphere! Best cordon bleu for me! beautifully fried and very juicy, the meat is nice and tender.... I can only recommend it... If you still have space, you should treat yourself to a small but delicious dessert 😋 Service and kitchen is top 6⭐️
