We spontaneously organized our birthday reception at Parasol, or rather, had someone organize it for us. And it couldn't have been more beautiful! The location is a little gem right on the beach, perfect for families: While the kids play within sight, the adults can relax and enjoy some time with friends. The reception was fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared. The team was warm, dedicated, and uncomplicated. What's particularly nice is that Parasol isn't just any restaurant, but an authentic project à la biennoise: by people from Biel, for Biel. You can feel that someone here wants to give something back to the city with love. A wonderful experience at a fair price. Highly recommended!
