I very rarely leave reviews - but on the occasion something genuinely impresses me (or the complete opposite!) I'll take a couple mins to share my thoughts Non-European cuisine in Switzerland can be a hit or miss. I've dined at a countless number of places through my regular visits to the country across most of the major cities. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across a hitherto Chinese restaurant just outside Menziken station (after a 6 hour hike in the area). I ordered good ol' fashioned crispy beef, kung pao chicken and beef noodles. I was remarkably surprised by the quality of the food and healthy portions. Left my plates cleaned and even ate the veggies! Quality cuts of meat - no gristle, fat or skin. The folks of Menziken have a gem of a local dining spot and if I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to stop by.

We found this restaurant through Google search and came here based on the ratings. We just ate there and are heading back home and I have to make a post straight away. This restaurant is a real gem. Great food, great portions and a very friendly owner couple, always smiling and accommodating. We are already looking forward to the next time!! Absolutely recommended!!
