The cheese spaetzle were nothing special. They came with homemade potato salad, which was good in itself, but green or mixed would have been better. The canned fried onions were tasteless, even a bit like stale flour. The waitress didn't understand the feedback, and it left a heavy feeling in my stomach.

We visited the Gasthof Adler for dinner and can absolutely recommend it if local delicacies are desired. The selection of home-made, local dishes is large and the portions are generous. This means you will feel full even after a long mountain tour. The service is friendly and attentive. Even without a reservation you can find a place in the guest room or next room. Food is freshly prepared and served quickly. No wishes remain unfulfilled. Cash and credit cards are welcome at Gasthaus Adler. We would be happy to come back and thank you for your hospitality.
