The Jäger Stübli has become our favorite restaurant in Freiamt. The food is really tasty and the portions are large. The staff is always friendly and uncomplicated.

We stopped in spontaneously on Saturday evening, following a recommendation on our way back to Bern. It's absolutely delicious, with down-to-earth cuisine, including fresh pizzas. The chef is also in the kitchen, cooking. We ordered Veal Piccata Milanese, a breaded veal escalope with egg and cheese. The service was very friendly. All in all, it was very good and worth a visit. We would be happy to come back.
