Yesterday, nine of us enjoyed a lovely evening in the Blume's outdoor area in glorious weather. It was simply wonderful. Very good hosts, excellent wines from their own vineyard, very good, high-quality food, and outstanding service. Many thanks to the entire team from our guests in Gipf-Oberfrick.

The food is good, but we had a very unpleasant situation where I expected more cooperation from guests. There was a stone in the morel sauce in the food. The service staff didn't go into it any further and still found it amusing. No apology, nothing from the host. The lady who served us was very rude from the start, and a bit irritable. We also had to wait a long time until we could pay and still had to go get her. Not even a thank you as a farewell, but we could leave 500 behind.
