Its meeh here, old and ugly since ten years with no improvements as far as I can see. Invest some profits into renovations, remove the weird decoration and standing table construction to make dpace for proper seating or to extend the bar, some new paint and bar chairs and maybe improve the batroom situation and this business will becomeprofitable,because right now it only attacts very werid people. Even if this is supposed to be a dive bar, you should maybe check online how these look like normally - cheap beers and long hours are what brings the ranking up a bit
