This donkey isn't just blue, he's dark blue! Today we had a juicy piece of cheese, surrounded by ham and meat. This dish is also colloquially called "Cordon Bleu." It'll make your ears ache. Bleu means blue in French!!!! So the Blue Donkey is the INVENTOR of the Cordon Bleu. We must report this to Viola Amherd immediately!! This dish was delicious for me, my producer, and my co-producer. Only my producer wasn't 100% happy with his schnitzel. I would recommend the Cordi. The photo shows the dish in question. Best wishes, and we will be back in a few days.
