Brunnihütte SAC, Härzlisee, 6390 Engelberg

I was so lucky, it's a sunny day in summer. Arrive early before everyone else. Spend hours for small hikes and enjoy sunshine at the small lake, then continue toboganning.

We have visited Brunihütte several times because it offers great food, plenty of seating and beautiful views. The most recent time I enjoyed pommes and potato soup. There are usually several vegetarian options on offer. It can be accessed by multiple hiking trails and a chair lift.

A wonderful place for families to BBQ and even swim, if you don't mind crisp water from the swiss mountains.
