Gorgeous little cafe / restaurant right on the river Rhein. The service was spot on. Friendly and helpful waitress, amazingly fresh cakes and the cappuccino was perfect. Personally I thought it was reasonably priced according to Swiss standards. 2 cappuccinos and 2 large slices of fresh and super tasty cakes and friendly efficient service was around CHF 21.60. The toilets on site were so clean. And the views were just perfect , so well worth the visit. It was a perfect pit stop for us walking from Schaffhausen Munot along the river to Stein am Rhein. It’s a long walk about 25km. Can highly recommend that too and having a pit stop at this beautiful cafe. Definitely a cafe to visit on a gorgeous sunny day to enjoy the tranquility of the river Rhein. Hope this helps.
